A promise is a debt and here I am again
by
Gema
He vuelto para contaros mi nuevo descubrimiento.
Bon apettit
ENGLISH VERSION:
A promise is a debt and here I am again. I came back to tell you about my new discovery.
I'm not entirely satisfied but did not hold grudges and will reserve another chance (which I hope will not be served by this terrible waitress recommended us "you can share the avocado makis between yours" two people).
The Tragaluz Group has converted the defunct "El japones" restaurant, changing the label, the name and gastronomic proposal. KOMOMOTO. Now the new concept is based on "Peruvian Japanese tavern" mix of both cuisines result of Japanese emigration to Peru over a century.
The store design follows the trend of the previous restaurant: long tables shared by several customer groups, individual tables sofa-chair for couples and sushi bar with stools.

Urban design dishes with the latest music to be heard in Lima.
Zettel'z lamps by Ingo Maurer and the reinterpretation of the camp chair (which I do not remember the name) two of the selected pieces that the tragaluz group has chosen for the local.

Recommended for these people who are looking for something new and different from traditional Japanese restaurants, not recommended for Japanese food puritans but I imagine they have secured the previous restaurant's clientele.
Sushi, ceviche, corn tempura, tuna tatakis, meat guiozas(the better I've ever tasted) and some spicy plates that form the menu and the cheap and daily menu. They leave the two menus on the table, write the order and voila, dishes leaves the kitchen and bring you to your table. Bon appetit.
